This year, my Top 3 Beautiful Filipinas are Solenn Heussaff, Saida Diola and Angel Locsin. Each of them has lovable traits that I and many other people like. Aside from their outer beauty, we can see from afar their inner beauty -- that they are smart and kind people.
SOLENN HEUSSAFF
I first saw Solenn Heussaff, born to a Filipina mother and a French father, when she joined the reality TV show, Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown in 2010. She became one of the favorite castaways because of her down-to-earth attitude. I admired her for almost winning the insect-eating contest.
Solenn can do almost anything: paint, sing, model, act, host a TV show, do other people's makeup, body paint, design clothes, work as VJ...
SAIDA DIOLA
Saida Diola is a breath of fresh air on the TV show Eat Bulaga -- young, beautiful, cheerful. She's primarily a dancer, being a member of the dancing group EB Babes. She's not a singer, but we cheer her on when she tries to sing. She's also getting better and better with her English -- not surprising, as she has a pleasant speaking voice. She also has a sexy laughter and giggle.
ANGEL LOCSIN
Actress and commercial model Angel Locsin is my almost-perfect Filipina beauty -- beautiful outside and inside -- beauty and brains. I'm also touched by her devotion to her father, working and saving for the time when the treatment that can restore his father's eyesight is found.
